Spendito is a credit card statement analysis service operated by an independent developer. You can reach us at any time through the email address associated with your account.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following data when you use our application:

First name, last name and date of birth (provided at registration)
Email address
Data extracted from your statements: cardholder name, bank, period, amounts and merchant names for each transaction
Usage data: number of analyses performed and date of each one

We do not store the original files (PDFs or images) you upload. We only store the structured data extracted by the AI.

To show you the analysis of your statements
To manage your account and subscription plan
To improve the service

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Third-party processing

To analyze your statements, file data is processed by artificial intelligence. This processing is necessary for the service to function. The AI processes your data solely to extract transaction information and discards it immediately after.

Payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials of any kind.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us directly through your account or by email. We will respond within 30 days.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data and extracted transaction history will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your account credentials with anyone.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current policy.
